Director, Human Resources –Compensation & Benefits

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Director of Human Resources – Compensation & Benefits will plan, lead, and oversee the implementation of group benefits programs such as group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and accidental death, flexible spending plan, 401(k) plan, and Canadian pension plan, and will administer company compensation programs to include merit planning, STI/LTI, and SERP.

HR Generalist

The HR Generalist assists the director in the management of employee/ IC on-boarding and compliance.  The HR Generalist interfaces with all staff to assist in questions or concerns regarding the on-boarding process, exit process or benefits questions.
