Exhibitor Fee Includes:

  • 10 x 10 booth (8’ high drape, 3’ side drape)
  • One 6’ x 24” table (covered with black tablecloth) with 2 chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • Continental breakfast, lunch, breaks and pre-conference reception for two representatives (each additional representative is $75 each)
  • Conference usb which includes the participant list, contact information, and conference materials.
  • Admission to all conference sessions.

Fees: $395 if paid in full by September 30, 2018

$470 if paid by October 1, 2018 – October 20, 2018
