Human Resources Generalist

Essential Job Duties but not limited to:

Working knowledge of employment law, policies, and procedures,

Personnel administration including payroll changes, salary, benefits, employee orientation and training

Administer FMLA, STD and LTD leaves

Workman Compensation

Reconciles and files 941 reports, state withholding and unemployment taxes

Maintain personnel files and records

Reconcile and prepare checks for end of month billing of benefits

Maintains building, property, and liability insurance
