PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT ANALYST I Mobile County Personnel Board

This is highly responsible professional work in one or more of the major functional areas of personnel, including job analysis, test development and validation, compensation, classification, and related personnel activities.
Minimum qualification requirements: Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in industrial/organizational psychology, human resource administration, or closely related field, preferably supplemented by a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, and a minimum of one year experience in job analysis, and/or test development and validation; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
HIRE RATE: $44,735 - $55,868 (depending on qualifications)* *In accordance with Personnel Board Rule 5.2 (a), at the discretion of the Appointing Authority, an applicant may be appointed up to the mid-range of the pay plan for professional and technical positions.
